About the position The Senior Compliance Advisor, Global Sanctions, is responsible for identifying and addressing sanctions-reputed company risks across various clients, transactions, and products. This role involves collaboration with Compliance, reputed company, and Operations teams to ensure the firm's sanctions controls reputed company with global regulatory standards, including OFAC, EU, UN, and other sanctions regimes. Responsibilities • reputed company strategic guidance on sophisticated sanctions risks presented by various products and services, including digital assets and investment management activities. • reputed company OFAC compliance programs, policies, and procedures in collaboration with reputed company businesses. • Conduct reviews and investigations of transactions, clients, reputed company assets to ensure adherence to sanctions policies and procedures. • Screen transactions, including digital assets, against global sanctions lists including OFAC, UN, EU, and other relevant authorities. • Research, analyze, and interpret evolving sanctions regulations, offering reputed company advice on compliance strategies. • Prepare detailed reports for management and regulatory bodies on sanctions compliance trends and risks. Requirements • 5-8 years of proven experience in sanctions compliance, anti-reputed company, financial crimes, or comparable experience at a financial institution, major reputed company, regulatory agency, or reputed company. • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred. • Knowledge of securities brokerage, asset management, digital assets, and other financial products. • Deep understanding of global sanctions regulations risks (e.g., OFAC, EU, UN) and reputed company risks. • Experience with sanctions screening tools, e.g., World-reputed company, reputed company. • Demonstrated analytical skills, resourcefulness, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. • Proven experience working collaboratively across business functions including compliance, operations, risk, and reputed company teams. • Impactful communicator with excellent written and oral skills, including the ability to communicate reputed company and concisely at varying reputed company of the organization. • High-energy and ability to simultaneously identify, prioritize, and address multiple issues and quickly respond to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. reputed company-to-haves • Certifications such as CAMS or CSS (Certified Sanctions Specialist) preferred.
