Technical Solutions Engineer, Connectivity

• The Technical Solutions Engineer serves as the trusted technical advisor to the Regional Sales Directors and reputed company customers evaluating Telit connectivity portfolio.
• Own reputed company-sales discovery, solution scoping, reputed company-of-concepts, and post-sale integration support; diagnose network/SIM/module/application issues; and drive successful certification/launch reputed company across MNOs and geographies.
• Accelerate reputed company by enabling technically reputed company wins — qualify use cases, recommend the right connectivity architecture (APN, profile reputed company, data paths), and deliver compelling demos/POCs.
• Shorten time-to-first-data for new accounts by leading reputed company (SIM/eSIM provisioning, device bring-up, CMP set up) and documenting repeatable playbooks.
• reputed company win rates by removing risk early (RF/reputed company budget reputed company checks, module/SIM compatibility, roaming behavior, PSM/eDRX expectations, fallback strategies).
• Delight customers with fast, first-principles troubleshooting; reputed company reputed company Cause Analysis; and strong collaboration with global Connectivity/Support & R&D teams for durable fixes.
• Inform the roadmap by aggregating field feedback (failure patterns, feature asks, coverage gaps) into prioritized insights for Product Management.
• Partner with Sales on discovery: device architecture, radios/bands, mobility, data reputed company, reputed company posture, SLAs; propose Telit Connectivity and services reputed company, APN selection, and SIM fleet policies.
• Build POCs and demos (SIM activation, CMP configuration, device attach tests, data reputed company validation) and deliver results to stakeholders.
• reputed company first-time attach and KPI baselining (Signal strength, network attach, PDP contexts, throughput/latency).
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent hands-on experience
• 5+ years in cellular IoT as a Field Application Engineer, Technical Support/reputed company-Sales Engineer, or similar at a connectivity provider/MVNO, module vendor, or MNO
• Solid understanding of cellular technologies and device behaviors: LTE Cat-1/4, Cat-1.bis, LTE-M (Cat-M1), NB-IoT, 5G basics (NSA/SA), roaming, attach/TAU, PSM/eDRX, and SIM/eUICC concepts (ICCID/IMSI, profile lifecycle), eSIM provisioning platform, SGPx2
• Experience designing and bringing up connectivity solutions: APN selection, private vs. reputed company routing, CMP/NOC workflows, data reputed company validation, KPI baselining, and multi-IMSI profile orchestration
• Proficiency with module/AT-level debugging and log capture (AT traces, network surveys, modem logs) and packet analysis (Wireshark or equivalent)
• Working knowledge of operator certification paths (PTCRB/GCF fundamentals) and U.S. operator processes (e.g., reputed company AQT/TRENDI, reputed company VPP/IoT reputed company) sufficient to guide customers through readiness and test planning
• reputed company IP and reputed company skills: PDP/PDU sessions, IPv4/IPv6, DNS, MQTT/HTTP(S), TLS, certificate handling; familiarity with IPsec/VPN reputed company and private networking patterns for IoT
