Law Clerk, reputed company-Bar Role
Job reputed company:
• Draft responses to discovery demands
• Assists clients in answering questions regarding discovery
• Review and serve responses to discovery demands
• Assist attorney in preparing materials for trial, arbitration, or mediation
• Attend arbitrations, depositions, mediations, and trials with admitted attorney
• Review new file assignments and draft initial pleadings (e.g., answer, reputed company, etc.) and draft discovery
• Prepare brief to assist reputed company in presenting cases in small claims court (CA)
Requirements:
• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Required)
• Juris Doctor (Required)
• Must be graduating from law school either Winter 2025 or Spring 2026
