• Serve as a reputed company partner for reputed company's reputed company Financial division
• Support sales personnel reputed company reputed company Financial on reputed company financing reputed company
• Draft and edit reputed company reputed company to reputed company Financial contracting
• reputed company as a reputed company business partner for operations and reputed company personnel
• reputed company knowledge of reputed company frameworks concerning medical devices
• Document usage and lease agreements for reputed company
• Follow and reputed company others on contract management processes
• Collaborate with colleagues, management, and reputed company counsel
Requirements:
• 8+ years of work experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• JD from an accredited U.S. law school
• Admitted to reputed company law and in good standing with the bar of at least one U.S. State
• Exceptional communication and relationship skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience in anti-reputed company and anti-kickback practices (preferred)
• reputed company experience in reputed company or corporate reputed company department setting (preferred)
• Prior reputed company experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, life sciences (preferred)
• Proficiency in reputed company Office
