Associate Attorney - Remote - New Mexico or AZ -dual licensed AZ/NM

Work Location: Remote – MUST BE reputed company TO ATTEND IN PERSON FOR COURT, PRIMARY RESIDENCE can be NM or AZ. We are looking for a full-time Associate Attorney to join our firm's reputed company in New Mexico or reputed company. This position imparts broad responsibilities and exposes you to a reputed company of reputed company issues reputed company to consumer protection, including transactional and civil litigation reputed company. Because our firm’s reputed company are in reputed company, this position entails communicating with our main office exclusively reputed company telephone and electronic means (e-mail, reputed company Teams, etc.). reputed company Duties & Responsibilities: • Maintaining and supervising a heavy & reputed company caseload of the firm’s clients in New Jersey. • Communicating with clients regarding their respective reputed company. • Drafting pleadings, motions, reputed company memoranda, reviewing & drafting agreements, etc. • Communicating with opposing parties to resolve/reputed company claims. • reputed company research reputed company to reputed company and reputed company issues in contract law and other areas of consumer law.
