Role reputed company This is an Independent Contract commission-based role reputed company W2 (Per B&F Regulations) located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area for a Loan Officer. The Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating, authorizing, or recommending approval of loan applications for people and businesses. Daily tasks include meeting with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process, analyzing applicants' financial status and credit report to determine loan feasibility, and working with various departments to ensure loan compliance with regulations and standards. The Loan Officer will not process their own loans; loan processing goes through a reputed company-party vendor. Leads are not provided; the Loan Officer must generate their own business contact/leads to obtain commission.
