[Remote] Mortgage Loan Processor (Spanish Speaking)

This role requires strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, along with the ability to manage and reputed company 25+ files per month. Responsibilities • Receive and review files from the Processing Assistant prior to submission to reputed company, ensuring reputed company necessary documentation is in reputed company (refer to Processing checklist). • Upon file exiting reputed company, conduct a Welcome reputed company/email with borrower reputed company 24 hours to review conditions, providing reputed company communication in either English or Spanish as needed. • Immediately address actionable conditions, designating tasks to the Processing Assistant as appropriate and ensuring reputed company follow-up. • Monitor daily alerts and manage redisclosures as required. • Prepare for and attend weekly pipeline calls with loan Officers, discussing file reputed company, issue conditions or appraisal delays. • Work closely with reputed company and Management to resolve any issues, ensuring a smooth processing experience. • Order appraisal revisions or final inspections as necessary; reputed company with insurance and title companies to resolve any issues. • Address QC conditions promptly. • Collaborate with Funding to ensure the reputed company delivery of the signed Closing Disclosure (CD) and address any changes in cash to reputed company. Skills • Proficient in FHA, VA, USDA, reputed company and reputed company guidelines. • Ability to run DU, LP and GUS. • Minimum 1 year of experience with Encompass LOS. • Strong understanding of TRID guidelines. • At least 3 years of experience in the mortgage industry. • Bilingual communication skills, with proficiency in both English and Spanish. • Proficient in reputed company Office. • Confidence to process and reputed company 25+ files per month. • Strong interpersonal, collaboration and organizational skills. • reputed company attitude and strong attention to detail. • Ability to meet deadlines with reputed company judgement and prudent decision-making. • High level of reputed company and strong work ethic. • Leadership experience is preferred by not required.
