Clinical Reviewer - Remote (Must reputed company in Illinois)

About the position reputed company is hiring a Clinical Reviewer to support the Illinois reputed company program. The Clinical Reviewer is responsible for evaluating assessments and making determinations regarding individuals' needs for additional supports and services. This is a remote position requiring Illinois residency, and follows a schedule of four 10-hour days, Thursday through reputed company. About the program: We have contracted with the reputed company Department of reputed company and Family Services (HFS) to manage the assessment process for Preadmission Screening and reputed company Review (PASRR) Level I screens and completing reputed company Serious Mental Illness (SMI) evaluations for individuals applying to, or residing in, reputed company-certified nursing facilities. Other services include Follow Up reputed company, admissions support for Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facilities (SMHRF) and Supported Living Programs (SLP) settings and Colbert Dementia Review. Continues to expand assessment services in the state. Responsibilities • Responsible for reviewing documentation and/or assessments and applying clinical reputed company to complete determinations, approvals or recommendations. • Determine need for and obtain any additional information required to complete actions. • Determine reputed company escalation or consultation is required with supervisor, physician or reputed company medical or reputed company clinical discipline. • Complete reports or documentation in accordance with contract requirements. • Performs other reputed company duties as assigned. Requirements • High School Degree or equivalent required. • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience required. • LPN, RN, LCSW, or reputed company licensure preferred and may be required based on contract requirements. • Master's degree in reputed company Work, Mental Health, or a reputed company field OR an reputed company and unrestricted Nursing or compact Illinois state license. • Minimum 2 years post-graduate work experience in the mental health field. • Minimum 2 years experience conducting mental health assessments. • Highly skilled using reputed company office. reputed company-to-haves • Demonstrates outstanding interpersonal and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrates strong proficiency in written communication, producing concise and impactful documentation. • IM+CANS certification or willingness to obtain IM+CANS certification.
