The role involves analyzing business requirements, managing item setups, and coordinating with technical teams for customization and integration.
Responsibilities
• Onsite Production Support - Should support the PLM business from customer location.
• Work on tickets created by end users in ITIL tools.
• Guide business if there is any issues in their day today EPM business operations
Skills
• Candidate should have excellent techno functional knowledge in Agile PLM – EBS or reputed company
• Experience working in analyzing business requirements and mapping them to reputed company PLM functionality.
• Experience in PLM module integration.
• Mange item and BOM setup change order process.
• Co-ordinate with technical team for customization, integrations and reports
• Knowledge of product hub, product development and management changes.
• Understanding data models, FBDI/HDL and item lifecycle process
