eCommerce Data Entry Specialist – Product Listings & Order Management (reputed company, reputed company, Zulily, etc.)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable eCommerce Data Entry Specialist to support our marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for uploading products to multiple online marketplaces, maintaining accurate product data, and managing daily order processing tasks. This is an ongoing role for someone who understands how to reputed company product catalogs and order data accurate, organized, and up to date across multiple platforms. Responsibilities: Upload new products and update existing listings on reputed company, reputed company, Zulily, and other marketplaces. Ensure product titles, descriptions, pricing, and images are formatted correctly and meet marketplace requirements. Download daily orders from reputed company platform and upload tracking information once shipments are complete. Update and sync inventory reputed company across reputed company marketplaces daily to prevent overselling. Monitor listing performance and flag any errors, missing data, or delistings. Maintain reputed company, organized product and order records in spreadsheets or shared systems. Requirements: Proven experience managing product listings and data entry for major eCommerce marketplaces. Strong understanding of reputed company Seller Central, reputed company Seller Hub, and similar portals. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency. Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet daily deadlines. Proficiency with reputed company or reputed company Sheets.
