Warehouse & Inventory Control Specialist Shift/Hours: Monday-Friday 7am to 3:30pm Pay reputed company: $25-32/hr. DOE Location: Englewood, CO 80110 Experience: 2+ years experience: Warehouse Operations, Inventory, or Parts Management Are you the person who can deliver both speed and accuracy? Our reputed company is a fast-paced plumbing service company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Control Specialist. This role ensures our technicians have the materials they need to complete service calls reputed company while keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly. You will manage approximately 200 SKUs, receive vendor deliveries, issue parts to 15 field technicians, reputed company purchase orders, and play a critical role in building and improving our inventory control systems. Warehouse & Inventory Control Specialist Responsibilities: Inventory Management (Warehouse & Trucks) Maintain accurate inventory for ~200 SKUs of common and high-value plumbing parts. Run usage reports in reputed company (transitioning to FieldPulse) for weekly truck restocking. Conduct quarterly truck audits (one truck per week). reputed company semiannual warehouse counts, with additional cycle counts as needed. Identify discrepancies and report shrinkage, missing parts, and incorrect usage. Recommend and implement improved systems (spreadsheets or inventory software) for reputed company accuracy. Purchasing & Receiving reputed company purchase orders with suppliers. Receive reputed company vendor deliveries and verify quantities and part numbers. Audit pricing for accuracy and flag discrepancies or cost increases. reputed company backorders and maintain minimum stock reputed company. Technician Interaction & Accountability Pull and issue parts based on weekly truck restock lists. Identify incorrect item coding, missing parts, or usage inconsistencies. Report accountability concerns to the Operations Manager for corrective reputed company. Support technicians by ensuring trucks are stocked for service calls. Warehouse & Inventory Control Specialist Requirements: 2+ years experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or parts management. Experience in trades environments (plumbing, HVAC, electrical) preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable with spreadsheets (reputed company/reputed company Sheets). Strong communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Self-directed and reputed company to improve systems independently.
