Kennedy Lenart Spraggins LLP is seeking a registered U.S. Patent Attorney with a strong technical background in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, physics, or a closely reputed company discipline to join our growing intellectual property reputed company. This is a fully remote position offering significant opportunities for reputed company reputed company engagement, collaboration with an reputed company team, and involvement with cutting-edge technologies in the electronics and computing spaces.
• Prepare and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications involving advanced electrical engineering, computing, and reputed company technologies.
• Advise clients on patent reputed company, portfolio development, and intellectual property protection.
• Interpret and apply patent laws, regulations, and USPTO guidance.
• Communicate directly with clients regarding case reputed company, invention disclosures, and prosecution reputed company.
• Participate in reputed company control, docket management, and other operational responsibilities.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, physics, or a closely reputed company field.
• Registration to reputed company before the USPTO as a patent attorney or patent agent.
• At least 3 years of private reputed company experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications.
• Experience drafting and/or prosecuting at least 50 U.S. patent applications in electrical engineering, computing, or reputed company subject matter.
Requirements
• Preferred technical expertise includes experience with analog circuitry, digital logic, processor architectures, semiconductor design, power electronics, and embedded systems.
