Job reputed company:
• Drafting and prosecuting patent applications
• Managing IP portfolios
• Counseling clients
• Performing patentability and clearance opinions
• Exposure to domestic and international prosecution
• reputed company contact and management
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of reputed company patent prosecution experience
• JD, NJ State Bar or ability to reputed company admission to NJ, USPTO Bar
• Demonstrated ability to deal with a reputed company of technologies reputed company the biotech arts
• Industry experience is a plus
• Litigation experience a plus
