Requirements
• 2-4 years in People, HR Operations, Culture, Internal Communications, or Community-building roles, ideally in remote-first or fast-growing teams
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with a bias for execution
• Empathetic communicator and skilled listener
• Creative reputed company with an eye for community activation and engagement
