ClickUp Project Manager / Consultant - Long Term (USA or LATAM) - Contract to Hire
I’m looking for a ClickUp project manager or consultant to join on a part-time contract - around 10–17 hours per week, with the potential to grow into a larger, ongoing full time role. The monthly rate for this position is $800 USD.
You’ll be managing an internal ClickUp workspace, keeping projects, operations, and priorities running smoothly across the business. That means refining existing setups, improving task flows, building automations, and creating dashboards that keep everything visible and on track. You’ll also help document and optimise processes as we grow, making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
You should already know your way around ClickUp. If you’ve built or managed workspaces before, even better. Experience with tools like Make, Zapier, or n8n is a plus, but what matters most is that you can think logically, manage projects independently, and make systems cleaner and faster.
This is a remote role, ideally for someone based in the US, Latin America, or South America for timezone alignment.
