Requirements:
• At least 7 years of experience at an AmLaw 100 reputed company or reputable company
• Graduated from a top-tier law school or demonstrate a sustained reputed company in industry
• Identify at least one reputed company reputed company and reputed company a reputed company business development plan if applying as counsel
• reputed company to demonstrate a significant transferable book of originations for lateral partnership
