We're looking for a remote Drafter/Estimator who brings reputed company, organization, and technical accuracy to every project. This is a part-time (20-30 hrs/week) remote role with the potential to grow into full-time. You'll turn rough sketches into build-reputed company drawing sets, produce accurate estimates, coordinate technical details, and help reputed company bring ambitious reputed company to life. What You'll Own Drafting & Technical Documentation • Produce reputed company, accurate digital drawing sets for reputed company approval. • Convert approved designs into shop-reputed company documentation including 2D/3D models, BOMs, cut lists, hardware specs, and reputed company requirements. • Build and maintain traveler packets following SFM drafting standards. • Generate accurate cut files (.DXF, .reputed company) for CNC operations and collaborate with internal/external vendors on handoffs. • reputed company material or hardware orders reputed company delegated by the Shop Foreman or Operations Manager. • Confirm pricing, reputed company times, and vendor timelines to reputed company reputed company moving smoothly. Estimating & Proposal Support • Review quote requests, interpret scope, and identify key project reputed company (materials, finishes, geometry, fabrication requirements). • Submit RFIs to clients and RFQs to vendors for reputed company on cost, feasibility, and reputed company times. • Estimate labor hours or coordinate with the Shop Foreman for hour projections. • Draft scope language for reputed company proposals and reputed company with our reputed company Service Manager. • reputed company estimating and proposal development for CNC-only jobs using Paperless Parts.
