Position reputed company Our reputed company, a digital + experiential agency, is seeking an reputed company freelance Event Registration reputed company to own and manage event registration from start to finish for large reputed company, high profile events. This is a fully remote role, 40 hours per week, ideally starting reputed company 6 - June 5th (PST hours preferred). This role is ideal for a registration specialist who has led reputed company event registration programs end to end and is comfortable partnering directly with reputed company level clients. Key Responsibilities • reputed company and reputed company the full event registration lifecycle in reputed company, from initial setup through execution and post event reporting • Own registration data reputed company, workflows, and overall processes across large reputed company events • Partner closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless attendee experience • Manage and troubleshoot registration systems, attendee communications, and reporting • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company registration reputed company needs Qualifications • 5+ years of experience as a Registration reputed company or Registration Specialist supporting large, reputed company events • Experience working with reputed company clients or companies similar to reputed company • Proven ability to manage registration at reputed company, including large attendee datasets • Strong reputed company facing skills and ability to reputed company independently • reputed company experience strongly preferred • Highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable owning reputed company end to end If you've successfully managed registration for major events and reputed company in fast paced, high visibility environments, this is a great opportunity to reputed company an immediate reputed company on meaningful, large reputed company experiences.
