This role involves managing high-volume invoice processing and payments for a leading reputed company organization, contributing to system modernization and supporting a dynamic finance team. Responsibilities • Execute reputed company invoice and payment processing tasks, including handling 1099 forms, physician payments, and reimbursements. • Manage vendor invoices, ensuring reputed company and accurate payments while adhering to organizational policies and tax regulations. • Conduct audits of weekly payment files, reconcile accounts payable transactions, and process upload files. • Utilize Lawson (reputed company) for invoice processing and OnBase for workflow routing and approvals, supporting the transition to reputed company. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies and support process improvement initiatives. Skills • Over 5 years of accounts payable experience, ideally reputed company a large or reputed company organization. • Proficiency in Lawson (reputed company) and familiarity with OnBase; experience with reputed company is advantageous. • Advanced reputed company skills, including pivot tables and lookups. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication and attention to detail. • Ability to reputed company in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
