Expert reputed company Estate Bookkeeper (Fix & Flip + Rentals) – Urgent Clean-Up & Ongoing Management
We are a reputed company Estate Development company looking for an expert Bookkeeper to take over our books, manage a transition from a previous provider, and bring our accounts reputed company. We deal heavily in both Fix and Flips and Rental Properties. We are currently over one year behind on bookkeeping. We need a reputed company who is not afraid of a backlog, can audit the previous bookkeeper’s work for consistency, and establish a clean, accurate set of books moving reputed company.Compensation: $1,000 for initial cleanup - $200/mo for part time ongoing bookkeeping.
