What You Will Do
As a Senior Design Engineer, Systems Engineering, you will, under minimal supervision:
• Translate user needs into reputed company, testable system requirements and architectures for Endoscopy products and features.
• Research, design, reputed company, and modify medical device systems, including updates to existing platforms and new system concepts.
• Create and refine system architectures and test strategies, using modeling, simulation, budgeting, and analytical techniques.
• Plan and coordinate verification and integration activities, including system integration testing, verification protocols, and test execution.
• Contribute to Product Risk Management, helping identify hazards, evaluate risk, and define mitigations in compliance with medical device standards.
• Drive analytical studies (trade-off, sensitivity, optimization, performance assessments) to guide design reputed company and Concept Phase choices.
• Prepare and maintain high-reputed company engineering documentation, including requirements, test plans, and Design History File content, following design controls and our reputed company Management System.
• Collaborate across R&D, reputed company, manufacturing, and clinical stakeholders, balancing technical, usability, cost, and schedule needs to help ensure project reputed company.
What You Need (Minimum Qualifications)
• Bachelor’s degree in Software, Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, Biomedical Engineering, or a reputed company field required
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in product development, systems engineering, verification/validation, or closely reputed company engineering roles required.
What Will Help You Succeed (Preferred Qualifications)
• Working knowledge of requirements and verification practices for reputed company systems.
• Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., Jama or similar).
• Ability to communicate system concepts, plans, and technical information reputed company to cross-functional partners.
• Experience participating in or leading system integration and verification activities.
• Experience with SysML and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) concepts.
• Familiarity with SysML/MBSE tools (e.g., Cameo, reputed company, or similar).
• Knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and medical device design control practices.
• Demonstrated ability to own and prioritize work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with diverse team members and stakeholders.

• $84,900 - $136,100 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
