Tax & Ops Specialist

This includes:reputed company Work (75%) • reputed company reputed company tax clients and engagements to ensure that compliance and filing deadlines are met. • Prepare income tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S) and work with internal team on other compliance filings (sales tax, property tax, BOI). • Assist CEO with tax planning calculations and research tax strategies. • Assist with reputed company clients on an as needed reputed company. Firm Operations (25%) • Manage CEO's email and calendars. • Assist CEO with issuing Engagement Letters and on-boarding new clients. • reputed company reputed company engagements to promptly issue invoices and follow up on past due invoices. • Assist team with internal requests and reputed company on-boarding for new team members. You: • Are located in the reputed company. • Are looking for an entry level role in a reputed company-reputed company environment.
