Experienced Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager

Position: Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager Location: Key Cars Auto Group - Multiple Locations Across Connecticut Job Type: Full-Time | In-Store | Automotive Retail Management Qualifications & Experience: We are looking for a confident, knowledgeable, and customer-focused F&I Manager who brings: • 3+ years of experience as a Finance & Insurance Manager in a franchised car dealership • 5+ years of total experience in the automotive retail industry • Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, and vehicle protection products • Experience in prime and subprime deal structuring and menu-based selling • Proficiency with DMS systems, digital contracting, and compliance best practices • Ability to clearly present auto loan options, extended warranties, GAP insurance, and aftermarket products • Proven record of meeting and exceeding PVR goals, product penetration, and CSI performance • A customer-first mindset and excellent communication, sales, and closing skills Key Responsibilities: As a car dealership F&I Manager, your day-to-day will include: • Structuring finance and lease deals that meet lender requirements and dealership standards • Presenting vehicle protection plans and finance options clearly to every customer • Submitting credit applications and securing competitive financing approvals • Ensuring all paperwork is accurate, complete, and fully compliant with state and federal laws • Working closely with the sales management team to maximize deal flow and profitability • Training sales staff on effective product presentation and deal handling • Monitoring chargebacks, product penetration, and F&I performance reports • Maintaining strong relationships with bank and lender reps What We Offer: Key Cars Auto Group offers a full-time F&I opportunity with aggressive compensation and full benefits: • Uncapped earning potential with a performance-driven pay plan • Top-rated health and dental coverage • $25,000 in company-paid life insurance • 401(k) with company match after 1 year of service • Paid vacation and holidays • Employee pricing program on new Hyundai vehicles • A supportive, career-oriented dealership culture • Frequent employee appreciation events and referral bonuses Be Part of a Winning Team At Key Cars Auto Group, we believe success starts with strong leadership and a commitment to doing right by our customers and our people.
