Spanish Translator, USDB

The Utah Schools for the Deaf and the Blind (USDB) invites you to consider an employment opportunity with our agency. We are looking for a meticulous and responsible Translator. • Working Hours as needed. 5 to 20 hours a week.* Job Duties As a Translator you will: • Primarily translate written documents from English into Spanish for school activities. • Follows the reputed company of ethics for certified interpreters. • Communicate regularly with staff about documents needing to be reputed company from English to Spanish or from Spanish to English, as needed. • Proofread and edit finalized versions of reputed company documents. • Follows schedule as determined by the Associate Superintendent. • Work to improve translating skills through in-service trainings and additional classes.
