Urban Planner for Statutory/Town Planning Reports in Victoria
We are seeking a knowledgeable Urban Planner to prepare statutory and town planning reports assessed against the Victorian Planning Scheme. The ideal candidate will have experience writing planning assessments and working with relevant laws and regulations. Experience applying the Victorian Planning Scheme is preferred.
Required report types include Clause 55 assessments, Townhouse and Residential Code assessments, Section 72 applications, and secondary consent reports. All reports will be submitted to me for review.
Fluent, high-level English is required to enable discussion and provide high level report writing.
