Product Manager- WIM Banking Deposits
About the position
Responsibilities
• Provide support for the ongoing product and pricing management of checking, savings, and CD solutions to serve the banking needs of WIM affluent and high-net-worth clients
• Develop, implement, and maintain deposit product features, pricing strategies, and related non-marketing client materials
• Develop, implement, and maintain processes, controls, and policies necessary for the correct functioning of the product portfolio
• Provide key support to initiatives such as new products/enhancements, acquisition/retention programs, client alignment programs, or product/portfolio risk management
• Ensure products and programs adhere to regulations and policies; oversee product risk management to ensure effective controls, meet deliverables, and drive new initiatives
• Collaborate and consult with WIM Banking leadership and relationship managers to promote deposit balance and revenue performance, client acquisition and retention, and delivery of product experience
• Work closely with cross-functional partners within WIM and across the enterprise to ensure products and programs are effectively executed and supported
Requirements
• 2+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Nice-to-haves
• Experience in Wealth Management or other Financial Services
• Knowledge and understanding of deposit products, payments, and/or banking operations
• Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate effectively with other business and functional areas
• Ability to develop data-driven analysis, insights, and recommendations
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques
• Ability to successfully manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and quickly shift between topics and activities based on critical business priorities
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
• Experience with Agile product development, Agile-based tools, and business requirements analysis and documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of Tableau is a plus
• A BS/BA degree or higher in business administration, finance, or accounting
