About the position
The RF Engineer position is a remote contract role focused on the design and optimization of 5G, LTE, and VoLTE networks. The engineer will utilize their knowledge of RF and antenna theory, along with propagation modeling software, to enhance network performance and ensure compliance with 5G NR standards.
Responsibilities
• Design and optimize 5G/LTE/VoLTE networks.
• Utilize propagation modeling software such as Atoll.
• Analyze and implement RF and antenna theory in network design.
• Ensure compliance with 5G NR standards.
• Evaluate network KPIs and key parameters.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of RF and antenna theory.
• Experience in design & optimization of 5G/LTE/VoLTE networks.
• Knowledge of propagation modeling software such as Atoll.
• Knowledge of 5G NR standards.
• Proficiency in Excel.
Nice-to-haves
• Knowledge of LTE/5G network KPIs and key parameters.
• Knowledge of Samsung Radio Access Network equipment.
