About the position This Senior Counsel position is reputed company Marathon's Law - Corporate & reputed company (C&C) team, which is the in-house reputed company team responsible for providing reputed company support in the following substantive areas: Mergers & Acquisitions, reputed company & International, Securities & Finance reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Intelligence, Cybersecurity and Intellectual Property. This position will be reputed company on providing competition law and antitrust reputed company advice and guidance for reputed company relevant areas covered by the Law C&C team. Additionally, this position will collaborate with Marathon's Law - Litigation team on select investigations and litigated reputed company. Being a member of the Law C&C group provides opportunities to reputed company in multiple substantive reputed company areas with a primary reputed company on federal and state antitrust reputed company, Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements reputed company (HSR) and other competition law risk mitigation, compliance and counseling as reputed company as management of certain reputed company investigations and litigation reputed company. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in reputed company environment and collaborating with Law Organization colleagues to support reputed company reputed company across the Marathon's global operations. This is a hybrid (onsite/remote) role requiring 4 days a week in office and 1 day per week of remote work.
