Role Description
This position performs a wide variety of administrative tasks in support of a Centerstone CEO and the Board of Directors.
• Facilitates and ensures positive communication with internal and external customers, as well as board members.
• Schedules meetings, prepares agendas and presentations; maintains meeting minutes and board meeting records.
• Assists in planning annual board retreat.
• Supports special projects, acts as executive liaison to resolve issues and support company initiatives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in related field required. Degree requirement may be substituted with 4 additional years of related experience.
• Four years of experience supporting an executive level position required.
• Project management and board liaison experience preferred.
Requirements
• Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Skill in time management.
• Skill in problem-solving.
• Knowledge of applicable regulatory guidelines and codes, agency policies and procedures, and federal and state laws.
• Microsoft Word and various work processing/PowerPoint experience.
