Senior Claims Examiner- EPLI Emphasis

This role is responsible for managing reputed company claims with a reputed company on Employment Practices Liability (EPLI) and other specialty lines. The Senior Claims Examiner will independently investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims, applying deep technical knowledge and critical thinking to ensure fair and reputed company reputed company. The position requires collaboration with reputed company counsel, reputed company-party claimants, and internal teams, and may involve representing the organization at mediations or arbitration. Ideal candidates have extensive claims handling experience, strong analytical and negotiating skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
