Analyst - Corporate Strategy
PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
The Analyst, Corporate Strategy will contribute to shaping the organization’s long‑term direction by focusing on high‑impact strategic initiatives. The role blends structured problem solving, financial and market analysis, foundational strategy discipline, and cross‑functional collaboration to inform decisions on growth and operations. You will work closely with leaders across the business to evaluate opportunities, assess risks, and prepare clear, compelling materials that guide senior‑level decision‑making.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Analysis & Insight Development
• Investigate market developments, competitive dynamics, and emerging trends; translate findings into implications for the business and recommended actions.
• Convert broad or ambiguous questions into well‑defined analytical frameworks, hypotheses, and workstreams that enable rigorous quantitative and qualitative evaluation.
• Support strategic planning cycles by contributing insights, sizing opportunities, and helping prioritize initiatives across functions.
• Conduct qualitative research (e.g., expert interviews, stakeholder conversations) and quantitative research (e.g. surveys) by structuring questions and analyzing results to gather insights and pressure‑test assumptions.
• Assist in evaluating partnership or investment opportunities by examining strategic alignment, competitive positioning, and market potential.
Financial, Operational, & Market Modeling
• Develop and maintain models that evaluate markets, initiatives, and operational scenarios; apply sensitivity and assumption testing to evaluate potential outcomes and trade‑offs.
• Build business cases that assess expected value, resource needs, and risks, enabling leadership to compare strategic alternatives.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
• Prepare executive‑ready presentations and narratives that distill complex analyses into clear, actionable insights and strategic choices.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure alignment on priorities, surface risks early, and maintain momentum on strategic workstreams.
• Help elevate strategic thinking across partner functions by sharing frameworks, tools, and structured approaches.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
• Bachelor’s degree in analytical discipline (business, economics, finance, STEM, or related).
• 2 to 4 years minimum in strategy, consulting, investment banking, private equity, healthcare or a comparable analytical field
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to produce polished models and presentations.
• Strength in structured problem solving, synthesis, and communicating insights to diverse audiences.
Preferred
• Experience working within healthcare services, MedTech, or related sectors; understanding of healthcare market dynamics and claims analysis
• Exposure to corporate development or private equity including diligence or valuation work.
• Familiarity with visualization or analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and/or SQL/Python/R
