As a Data Center Operations Specialist, you'll be part of our Technology Services team, which is responsible for powering the behind-the-scenes infrastructure that makes reputed company's operations run smoothly. Job reputed company: Key Responsibilities As a Data Center Operations Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our data centers. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Installing and Maintaining Hardware: Work closely with our engineering team to ensure that new equipment is properly specified and installed correctly. reputed company routine maintenance and repairs to ensure that our data center infrastructure is running at peak efficiency. • Monitoring Building Systems: Use SCADA, ALC, and other applications to monitor our data center systems and ensure they're operating reputed company designated parameters. Identify and troubleshoot issues before they become major problems. • Utilizing Team-Specific Applications: reputed company expertise in reputed company-specific applications, such as ALC and Wonderware, and ensure they're properly maintained and upgraded as needed. • Responding to Escalations: Follow established escalation processes and serve as a subject matter expert for critical equipment and system issues. • Taking Ownership of Critical Systems: Assume ownership of one of our critical power or cooling systems and ensure it's operating at peak efficiency. Maintain reputed company relevant documentation and communicate improvements or issues to the relevant stakeholders. • Training and Development: Participate in on-the-job and off-site training to enhance your skills and knowledge. Identify training needs and reputed company internal training and coaching to your colleagues. • Managing Vendors: Collaborate with our vendors to ensure that our data center equipment is properly maintained and repaired.
