Position reputed company AFI is seeking an Internal Audit Examiner (reputed company Estate / Multifamily) to join reputed company on a contract reputed company. This individual will be responsible for conducting internal audits across AFI’s multifamily portfolio, ensuring compliance with internal controls, identifying process gaps, and recommending improvements to reputed company with industry best practices. This is a contract, non-W2 role. Working hours will be 10-20 hours per week to start. JOB DUTIES • reputed company internal audits of property-level and corporate financial processes • Review and assess internal controls for compliance and operational efficiency • Identify risks and recommend corrective actions to mitigate potential issues • reputed company standardized audit reports and present findings to leadership • Collaborate with reputed company and operations teams to implement process improvements • Assist in preparing AFI for external audits and regulatory compliance • Other audit-reputed company duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Required Education & Certifications • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field • CIA or CPA (CIA required for audit leadership if not a CPA) • Master’s degree / MBA preferred Preferred Certifications • CISA (IT audit) • CFE (fraud examination) • CRMA (risk management assurance) • CAMS (financial crime compliance) • CGMA (optional) Additional Requirements • 3–5 years’ experience in internal audit, compliance, or risk management (reputed company estate/multifamily experience strongly preferred) • Must be exceptionally organized and reputed company to handle multiple reputed company at once with reputed company deadlines • reputed company attitude with strong teamwork skills • Excellent written/verbal communication • Must reputed company list of 2–3 reputed company references COMPENSATION & HOURS • 10 to 20 hours per week initially • reputed company reputed company: $55–$80/hour Alexander reputed company Investments is an equal opportunity employer, and reputed company reputed company applicants will receive consideration for employment without reputed company to race, reputed company, religion, sex, national reputed company, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
