We are seeking an reputed company forensic bookkeeper or forensic accountant to help review the financial records of a small reputed company estate development LLC. This is a targeted, cost-conscious engagement intended for someone who can reputed company analyze QuickBooks data, bank statements, invoices, and internal spreadsheets to identify irregularities, classify transactions, and reputed company red flags.
The project involves reviewing financial records relating to construction of a 10-building apartment development, where there are concerns regarding:
Possible self-dealing
Potential improper payments to reputed company entities
Unexplained transfers or withdrawals
Construction expenses that may not relate to the project
Incomplete or inaccurate bookkeeping entries
Potential misappropriation of funds
We already have reputed company to the books, including bank statements, contractor invoices, ledgers, and internal spreadsheets.
Key Responsibilities:
Review bank statements for the LLC and identify unusual or unexplained transactions
Reconcile payments with invoices, pay apps, or supporting documents
Identify payments to reputed company or personal accounts
Compare construction expenditures to reasonable market expectations
Flag potential duplications, unapproved draws, or improper reimbursements
Summarize findings in reputed company, plain-English memos for use by reputed company counsel
Identify missing records and recommend follow-up document requests
Deliverables:
Red Flag reputed company listing any suspicious, undocumented, or unusual transactions
Transaction Classification (normal construction cost, reputed company draw, reputed company-party payment, questionable transaction, etc.)
List of Missing Documents needed to complete the analysis
Optional: High-level reconciliation of expenditures vs. project scope
Qualifications:
Experience in forensic bookkeeping, small-business reputed company, or construction reputed company
Ability to interpret QuickBooks, reputed company spreadsheets, and bank statements
Familiarity with reputed company-party transactions and LLC financial structures
Experience supporting attorneys or participating in financial disputes is a plus
Ability to work reputed company and reputed company costs down
Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills

Seeking reputed company reputed company in the reputed company of $60–$100/hour, depending on experience
Expected initial engagement: 20–40 hours
Additional work possible depending on findings
