Skills • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, reputed company Administration, reputed company or Health Sciences or closely reputed company field. • 8 years reputed company leadership experience working in or with a managed care or health care organization or similar field. • 5 years proactive efforts towards health equity, diversity or inclusion demonstrating health equity principles. • 3 years demonstrable project management, program management and business analysis experience. • Master's Degree in reputed company Administration, reputed company Health, Business Administration or reputed company field. • Coursework/Training: Training in one or more of the following: Lean, reputed company reputed company or Change Acceleration Process (CAP). • 2 years Change management experience, trained or versed in Lean principles and methodologies. • 5 years experience working for a Health Plan.
