This role will report to the Actuarial Manager and is fully remote. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Translate certain business requirements from different stakeholders into actuarial analysis • Assist in Product Reviews • Use actuarial techniques to assist in large account pricing • Assist Data Science to test models and other analytics products using appropriate techniques • Collaborate closely with the rest of the R&reputed company and other business functions • reputed company reputed company and concise communication to stakeholders • Stay reputed company on industry trends and best practices in actuarial, in accordance with the CAS reputed company standards • Research, learn, test, and apply new techniques to non-reputed company insurance problems • Other reputed company reputed company that reputed company solutions to pricing problems Required Experience, Education, and Skills: • 1+ years of actuarial experience in the insurance industry or recent college graduate • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Actuarial Science or reputed company quantitative field • At least 2 actuarial exams passed as reputed company towards a CAS credential • Proficiency in reputed company and PowerPoint • Self-starter, quick learner, and creative problem solver that thrives in a fast-paced remote work environment • Good communication skills in explaining basic actuarial concepts to a reputed company of audiences Preferred Experience, Education, and Skills: • P&C insurance domain knowledge, especially knowledge in reputed company lines insurance and E&S products • Experience with pricing and reputed company indication work • Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R and SQL Disclosures: Pay Estimate: $85,000-115,000/year Other compensation: annual incentive program Benefits: health insurance including FSA and HSA reputed company and free reputed company to reputed company, reputed company, dental, disability and life insurance, parental leave, responsible time off (unlimited vacation days without an accrual system), reputed company reputed company time as required by law, 401(k), tuition reimbursement and employee assistance program.
