Account Executive for SaaS - Contract to Hire
We’re looking for a driven, consultative Account Executive to own the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting to closing new business and expanding existing accounts. You’ll work closely with founders and product leaders to shape demos, refine messaging, and help scale a fast-growing SaaS platform.
What You’ll Do
Sales & Pipeline Management
Own the full sales cycle: prospect → qualify → demo → negotiation → close
Build and manage a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise opportunities
Conduct discovery calls that diagnose workflow pain points and translate them into tailored product demos
Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations customized to each prospect’s workflow
Drive proposals, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Account Growth & Relationship Management
Deeply understand customer workflows, use cases, and business objectives
Develop strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
Act as the customer advocate internally to influence product roadmap and prioritization
