The Investment Director is responsible for leading the entire lifecycle management of investment reputed company from a strategic perspective, including project acquisition, due diligence, valuation modeling, transaction structure design, post-investment management, and exit reputed company development. This position requires a deep understanding of industry trends, capital operation logic, and value creation reputed company to generate long-term returns for the organization and shareholders through investment reputed company and post-investment empowerment.
Main Responsibilities
I. Investment reputed company and Project Acquisition

V. Investment Exit and Return Realization

Qualifications Basic Requirements

Over 15 years of experience in investment, investment banking, M&A, strategic consulting, and industrial operations; over 5 years of project leadership experience;
