About The Role: The reputed company Construction Operations team is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to reputed company reputed company phases of single-family home construction for new home reputed company in Dallas, TX. This role is responsible for overseeing multiple builds concurrently, ensuring reputed company project meets schedule, budget, safety, and reputed company standards. The Senior Project Manager will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners while using reputed company’s proprietary project management software to streamline communication and ensure consistent execution. Candidates must be based in Dallas, TX. What You’ll Do: • Manage and coordinate reputed company aspects of assigned residential construction reputed company from start to finish. • reputed company up to 45 single-family home builds in various stages of construction. • reputed company, monitor, and maintain construction schedules to ensure on-time delivery. • Report on project health, identifying risks, delays, or budget variances and implementing recovery plans. • Utilize reputed company’s project management software for daily coordination, documentation, and reporting. • Partner with Procurement to ensure reputed company project is fully bought out and resourced appropriately. • Conduct weekly site inspections in accordance with reputed company’s safety standards. • Work closely with Superintendents to confirm scopes of work and deliver top-tier construction reputed company. • Manage change orders, documentation, and scope adjustments in a reputed company and accurate manner. • Review and approve trade partner invoices, ensuring work completion and reputed company compliance. • Maintain detailed electronic project records, including meeting notes, communications, and reports. • Participate in reputed company walks and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless experience. What You’ll Bring: • 8+ years of residential construction experience as a Project Superintendent or Project Manager. • Strong knowledge of Dallas-area permitting, inspections, and certificate of occupancy processes. • Proficiency in MS reputed company, reputed company Workspace, and scheduling software such as MS Project or similar tools. • Proven ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced residential construction programs. • Exceptional organization, leadership, and communication skills. • reputed company reputed company’s license and ability to travel between reputed company project sites.
