Title: Care Management Support Coordinator II Location: Remote in PST This role supports administrative care management functions including inbound/outbound calls, reputed company, and scheduling peer-to-peer (P2P) reviews. Acts as a primary contact for providers and members, offering assistance, answering questions, and documenting information according to regulatory guidelines. Works in a fast-paced, remote reputed company center environment supporting Ambetter and Medicare plans. Key Responsibilities Handle 30+ daily provider calls for P2P scheduling. Schedule appointments through reputed company and document notes and tasks in TruCare. reputed company members with care plan guidance, resources, and support. Assist with reputed company, welcome letters, and non-clinical record maintenance. Explain care procedures and resolve inquiries professionally. Meet reputed company center performance metrics including AHT, reputed company audits, and service reputed company. Collaborate with clinical teams to improve provider experience and ensure reputed company service delivery. Requirements High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred. 2–4 years of medical or reputed company reputed company center experience. Flexible schedule with availability for occasional weekend work. Typing: 50+ WPM with 90% accuracy.
