Graphic Designer for Email Assets & Branding Materials (Part-Time / Project-Based)
We’re an online education brand expanding our language-learning platform, and we’re looking for a reliable, creative graphic designer to support us on an ongoing basis. Most of the work involves creating clean, modern visuals for our email campaigns and designing simple branded materials like one-page grammar tools, worksheets, and bonus PDFs.
We recently introduced a mascot (Lingo the Astronaut), and part of your role will be incorporating him into banners and small assets for our marketing emails.
Your main responsibilities will include designing polished email banners, headers, and small graphics; laying out simple educational one-pagers; and compiling these into well-presented PDFs.
We’re not looking for someone to reinvent our brand (we already have a clear aesthetic) but someone who can execute consistently, follow instructions, and make the materials look cohesive and professional. If you’ve worked on email visuals, branding assets, or educational PDFs before, that’s a strong plus.
We value designers who communicate clearly, deliver on time, pay attention to detail, and can take an idea and make it look “right” without needing constant revisions. The volume of work will vary, but expect recurring monthly tasks and new requests as campaigns evolve. We're not looking to work with agencies, but we are looking for someone skilled, thoughtful, and reliable.
If you’re interested, please send a short introduction, your portfolio (especially branding or layout work), and your availability. Please include the word “Lingo” at the top of your message, and address me by name, so we know you read the full description. Failure to do this will lead to your proposal being deprioritized.
Looking forward to working together.
