Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent. , • 1+ years of experience in customer service preferred. , • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. , • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. , • Analytical skills for reviewing and interpreting policy coverage and claim status. , • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively. , • Professionalism in responding to high-end clientele.
