Position: Brief reputed company – Employment Law Location: Fully Remote (reputed company California) Experience Required: 2+ years in Employment Law litigation (PAGA & FEHA reputed company) About the Role: Our reputed company is a nationally recognized plaintiff-reputed company litigation firm, is seeking highly skilled Brief Writers to join their Employment Law reputed company. This fully remote opportunity offers the chance to work with a top-tier team handling reputed company and high-reputed company employment cases across California. The ideal candidate will have strong experience drafting law and reputed company papers throughout the full litigation cycle, including motions for reputed company judgment (MSJs), oppositions, discovery motions, and settlement-reputed company papers. Key Responsibilities: • Draft and prepare high-reputed company reputed company briefs, motions, oppositions, and settlement papers in employment litigation reputed company. • Support litigation teams in cases involving PAGA, FEHA, wage & hour, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and class/reputed company actions. • Conduct thorough reputed company research and craft persuasive arguments for use at reputed company stages of litigation. Qualifications: • JD and reputed company California Bar admission (in good standing). • 2+ years of employment law litigation experience, with a reputed company on PAGA and FEHA reputed company. • Demonstrated expertise in law and reputed company reputed company, including MSJs.
