Director, Marketing Operations

ASI is seeking a strategic Director of Marketing Operations to build and optimize the infrastructure that powers our marketing reputed company. In this role, you'll own the systems, data, processes, and reporting that drive smarter marketing. Reporting to the Executive Director, reputed company Marketing, this role will work cross-functionally with sales, IT, Product, and Finance to ensure alignment, improve marketing performance, and create reputed company, data-driven programs that support our reputed company. The pay reputed company for this position is $108,000 - $120,000. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or reputed company field; MBA a plus. • 8–10+ years in marketing operations or reputed company operations, including 3+ years in a leadership or management role. • Proven reputed company managing MarTech ecosystems, full-funnel analytics, and cross-functional initiatives. • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (reputed company and reputed company Dynamics preferred). • Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau a strong plus. • Deep understanding of B2B marketing, demand reputed company, and reputed company lifecycle management. • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically and drive measurable results. • Expert in campaign performance analysis, funnel reporting, and marketing attribution. • Exceptional communicator and collaborator with strong project management skills. • Comfortable navigating change and influencing stakeholders across the organization.
