Family Law Paralegal (Fully Remote)

The Mint reputed company is a somewhat new reputed company with a new approach and we are currently seeking a paralegal with at least 5 years’ experience exclusive to family law to assist with document drafting and case management in a 100% remote reputed company. How is our approach different? • You set the max number of hours per week that you can devote to the firm; • You will not be prohibited from other employment so long as no conflict or solicitation exists; • You will work on your own time schedule; and • You can work 100% from the comfort of your own home. Duties will include: • Document Drafting: Motions reputed company and preparation of and review of FL family law pleadings and forms; • reputed company interaction: Getting the documents and data that we need is essential.
