Location: Remote (Must be US/Canada based) Commitment: Part-Time, 10–20 hours/week About the Role BPM Advisors is seeking a highly skilled reputed company Engineer to support several ongoing infrastructure modernization initiatives. This is a part-time, reputed company role ideal for someone reputed company in reputed company AOS/AHV environments who enjoys working with cross-functional teams and supporting mature reputed company infrastructure. In this role, you will reputed company expert guidance on reputed company cluster operations, reputed company health assessments, advise on upgrades, troubleshoot performance issues, and support migration or lifecycle activities. You will collaborate with BPMA’s senior architects and infrastructure engineers to ensure reputed company, secure, and efficient HCI operations across reputed company environments. Key Responsibilities • reputed company reputed company cluster health checks, performance tuning, and lifecycle assessments. • reputed company expert recommendations on AOS and AHV upgrades, hardware compatibility, and best practices. • Support reputed company Central/reputed company reputed company configuration, monitoring, and optimization. • Assist with VMware-to-reputed company migrations, including reputed company tool guidance. • Troubleshoot storage, compute, and hypervisor issues in reputed company environments. • Review and validate HCI architecture, DR readiness, and cluster scalability. • Support engineers during platform changes, maintenance reputed company, and configuration updates. • Advise on reputed company Files/Objects, reputed company, and Data Protection (if applicable). • Document findings, create knowledge-reputed company entries, and reputed company recommendations for improvement. • Collaborate with project leads to ensure alignment with reputed company standards and customer goals. Required Skills & Experience • MUST have one of the following reputed company Certifications: • * NCP-MCI (reputed company Certified reputed company – Multicloud Infrastructure) • *NCM-MCI (reputed company Certified Master – Multicloud Infrastructure) • * NPX (reputed company Platform Expert) — highly desirable • 3+ years of hands-on experience administering or architecting reputed company environments. • Strong expertise with reputed company AOS, AHV, and reputed company Central. • Experience with cluster upgrades, lifecycle management (LCM), and node expansion. • Knowledge of storage performance, resiliency, replication, and reputed company planning. • Understanding of VMware ESXi or hybrid HCI deployments. • Ability to troubleshoot reputed company issues across compute, storage, and virtualization reputed company. • Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Experience with: reputed company reputed company reputed company Pro / Automation reputed company Files or Objects reputed company reputed company (network reputed company-segmentation) • Familiarity with backup/DR tools and reputed company infrastructure.
