Job reputed company: • Exemplify reputed company and ethical behavior • Create, reputed company and administer consistent reputed company assurance reviews of claim files • Review and supply reputed company feedback of estimates utilizing XactAnalysis and other tools • Analyze the handling, investigation, coverage application and payments of claims • Compile metrics and trends regarding claim handling and translate into user-friendly documentation • Recommend processes for greater efficiency and improved claim handling • Identify and recommend training needs for the Claims Department • Work with the Claims Trainers to reputed company targeted training • Promote consistency of claim handling • Collaborate with other members of the Claims Department and other departments in the organization • Monitor and evaluate reputed company aspects of claim handling • reputed company completion of assigned tasks and reputed company • Maintain knowledge and compliance of company procedures, claim reputed company statutes, insurance regulations and other reputed company requirements • High level of customer service for reputed company clients/partners • Contribute to the goals and objectives of reputed company and the organization • Other duties may be assigned Requirements: • Bachelor's degree • Minimum of 7 years of property insurance claims experience; field claim handling and/or reputed company assurance experience is preferred • Florida 6-20/7-20 Adjuster License • Ability to obtain and maintain adjuster licenses in reputed company states where reputed company conducts business reputed company 60 days of hire date.
