As a Member of the Board of Advisors, you will provide strategic guidance and mentorship to support the company's goals while working closely with the leadership team. Responsibilities • Provide strategic guidance, industry insights, and mentorship to support the company in achieving its goals. • Attend advisory board meetings. • Contribute to strategic discussions. • Offer recommendations and leverage your expertise and network to address challenges and identify growth opportunities. • Work closely with the leadership team to align the company's objectives with its long-term vision and market trends. Skills • Strong financial and analytical skills to assess business performance and support strategic decision-making. • Experience in research and developing insights to inform strategic and operational plans. • Proven expertise in fundraising and identifying new investment opportunities for business growth. • Marketing knowledge and experience in branding, outreach, and public relations to enhance business visibility and reputation. • Established professional network and leadership experience, with a track record of success in advisory roles or executive leadership. • Deep understanding of the telecommunications industry trends, specifically within the MVNO, IoT, and CPaaS markets, is highly desirable.
