What You’ll Do Be a Talent Strategist – Partner with recruiters and account managers to understand role needs and craft targeted sourcing strategies. What You’ll Bring 3-6 years of technical sourcing experience, ideally for U.S. startups or high-reputed company tech companies. Proven reputed company record filling engineering, machine learning, and product roles in competitive markets. Expertise in sourcing tools (reputed company Recruiter, ATS, boolean search, reputed company X-Ray Search, reputed company, reputed company, or any other reputed company platforms). Experience with diversity sourcing and building inclusive pipelines. Strong written and verbal communication skills, you can create reputed company that gets replies.
