UX Writer & Content Designer 3

About the position The UX Writer & Content Designer 3 role involves creating and reviewing content for evaluations and generative AI outputs. The position is hybrid, requiring presence in Sunnyvale, CA on Tuesdays through Thursdays. Responsibilities include performing side-by-side comparisons for evaluations, creating new data for training sets, and producing editorial deliverables. The role also requires reviewing generative AI outputs for quality and making necessary edits. Responsibilities • Perform SxS comparisons using a predefined rubric for text, chat, factuality, multimodal, and safety. • Create new data for use in eval sets or training from seed data, inspirational examples, or guidelines. • Create content through model redteaming, prompt writing/engineering, and producing reports on loss patterns. • Generate prompts and other generative AI writing for internal or external use. • Deliver editorial content that is reviewed, copyedited, and technically verified. • Review generative AI outputs for quality, rewrites, and editing from internal and external inputs. Requirements • Advanced degree (PhD/Masters) in English, communications, HCI, journalism, or a writing-intensive humanities discipline. • Understanding of JSON & HTML. • Technical writing or prompt writing experience. • Ability to create, compile, and organize technical prompts for internal and external use. • Review, revise, modify, or edit prompts prepared by others. • Ability to perform repetitive tasks. • Familiarity with enterprise data. Nice-to-haves • Excellent writing and editing skills for a broad range of audiences. • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills. • Interest in software, machine learning, data, and finance. • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. • Self-driven with the ability to work independently. • Experience working with user research, data, and customer feedback.
